Bill Dowell joined the Foundation in May of 2003 and became Treasurer in November of 2004 with high hopes "to grow the Foundation to where its self sustainable and a major factor in the county".  Bill tries to lend a helping hand in all the projects and activities at the TCCF, including preparation for the first annual Santa's Workshop held on December 9, 2006.

Not only is Bill active within the TCCF, he has also been a member of Kiwanis for about 30 years, as well as being a member of the Pete Henry Foundation, the Airport Board, and a member of the Kansas Foundation for Ag in the Classroom.  Bill is retired from Farm Credit and also does farm appraisals part time.

Bill and his wife, Janiece, have three sons, two granddaughters, and three grandsons.
