Jessica Vaughn has been with the Foundation since its inception in February of 2001 and became an official Board Member in March.  Jessica has been involved with many activities and land marking events within the TCCF including the initial creation of guidelines and grant processes for the funds located here.  She also helped to establish the Kids Can Do! Fund, and helped with things like the first annual Santa's Workshop in December of 2006, the Fair Breakfast at the Thomas County Free Fair, the Hunt in January of 2006, and countless other activities. 

Jessica grew up in Hoxie, KS, and graduated from Fort Hays State University.  She has been a local resident since 1998, moving here with her husband, Travis, so he could ranch and farm; she works at Farm Credit of Western Kansas, ACA and is the VP of Credit.   Jessica and Travis have two young children, Hallie and Hunter.
