Paul Pflasterer has been with the Foundation since 2001 and is one of two At-Large Members, meaning that he isn't a Board Member but he is there to lend a helping hand whenever asked upon.  Paul also serves on the Investment Committee and helped to create the initial investment of funds when the TCCF was established. 

Paul moved to the Thomas County area in 1966 after graduating from the University of Nebraska.  He and his wife, Donna, have three children and nine grandchildren.  Paul is a very important part of the Foundation helping to make the TCCF grow and become an asset to our community.
