Tom Chain joined the Thomas County Community Foundation in February of 2006 to help "make Thomas County a thriving community for years to come". Tom serves as a member of the TCCF Asset Development and Marketing Committee and  offers his assistance with projects such as Santa's Workshop, the Christmas parade and the Fair Breakfast.

Not only is Tom a member of the TCCF, but he is also an active member of the Thomas County Chamber of Commerce Board and the Thomas County Fair Board.

Tom is the Store Manager of Colby's Dillons Supermarket and he and his wife, Kim, have two daughters; Kylee and Kaitlyn.
