Tom Chain joined the Thomas County Community Foundation in February of 2006 to help "make Thomas County a thriving community for years to come".  Tom has helped with the Fair Breakfast at the Thomas County Free Fair in August of 2006, the May 2nd dinner with Salina Attorney Pete Peterson, and serves on the Asset Development and Marketing Committee.

Not only is Tom a member of the TCCF, but he is also an active member of the Thomas County Chamber of Commerce Board and the Thomas County Fair Board.

Tom is the Store Manager of Colby's Dillons Supermarket and he and his wife, Kim, have two daughters; Kylee and Kaitlyn.
