Bill Luna joined the TCCF in February of 2008 with the intentions of helping the Foundation grow and become an integral part of our community. He is very active throughout Rexford and Thomas County.  Bill likes to hunt and fish with his kids.

Bill moved to Rexford in 2002.  He is self employed and owns his own painting business called New Image Custom Painting. He has recently completed painting the Hereford House at the Shepherds Staff in Rexford.

Bill has four children, Jessica, age 16, Andrew,  13; Domonic is 11 years old, and Jennifer is 8.  His children encourage him to make Kansas the best place to live and raise a family.
