List of TCCF Funds
After School Program Fund (Pass-Through)
The purpose of this fund is to provide grants to entities for afterschool programming or projects in Thomas County. First priority of these monies will go towards providing local matching funds for afterschool grants offered by the state government, federal governmen or other granting organizations. Second priority goes towards other nonprofits, government agencies, religious organizations, etc. who are planning an afterschool project or program for the youth in Thomas County.
Alcohol and Drug Abuse Education Fund (Pass-Through)
The purpose of this fund is to provide assistance to Thomas County nonprofit organizations, supporting education and awareness in the area of Alcohol and Drug Abuse for area residents as recommended by the donor advisor of the fund.
Aquatic Park Pass Fund (Pass-Through)
This fund shall provide funding to the City of Colby to provide 10-day swimming passes to the Colby Aquatic park to children attending school in Thomas County who received free or reduced price school lunches.
Beverly J. Biel Memorial Fund (Donor Advised Endowed Fund)
The purpose of this fund is community betterment as recommended by the donor advisors on the fund with emphasis on health, youth, and education.
Brewster Schools Endowed Fund
This fund shall provide charitable support to the USD #314 Brewster Schools.
Chuck Dempewolf Community Service Scholarship

This scholarship recipient must demostrate exemplary community service. Must maitain a 3.0 GPA.
Citizens Medical Center Fund
This fund shall provide support to Citizens Medical Center, Inc.
Colby Community College Fund
This fund shall support the charitable purposes of the Colby Community College through the CCC Endowment Foundation.
Colby Dog Park Fund
This fund shall support the establishment and upkeep of a dog park in the city of Colby, Kansas.
Colby High School Alumni Fund
This fund shall support the charitable purposes of supporting alumni association to support all class reunions.
Colby Public Schools Education Fund
Colby Rotary Club Community Project Fund
This purpose of this fund is community betterment as recommended by the donor advisors on the fund.
This fund shall provide funding for walking trails in Colby, Ks.
Colby Walking Trail
This scholarship will provide one eligible student a full-tuition scholarship to Colby Community College. Student must major in Criminal Justice and maintain a 3.0 GPA.

This purpose of this fund is the community betterment as recommended by the donor advisors on the fund.
Darren Miller Memorial Fund
The field of interest supported by this fund shall be provide food for kids suffering from food insecurity in Thomas County.
Duane & Ethel Jean Woofter Wrestling Fund
The purpose of this fund will primarily provide grants to wrestling athelets deemed "at risk" or having a financial need as recommended by the donor advisors on the fund.
Ed Dunn Memorial Acorn Fund
The purpose of this fund is community betterment as recommended by the donor advisors on the fund.
The purpose of this fund is to provide annual Christmas baskets for Active or Retired Fire Fighter's widows. Secondary purpose is to provide a one-time scholarship for a fireman's son or daughter.

Food for Kids Fund
This fund shall support the charitable purposes of providing Thomas County schools with the funds to purchase food for children to take home when school is not in session (i.e. weekends and school breaks).
The Frahm Farmland Employees was establised by Frahm Farmland in order to give their employees an opportunity to donate to their favorite non-profit organization in Thomas County.

field. Preferred applicants will attend Colby Community College, those attending Forth Hays University Nursing
Department will be a secondary consideration.

The purpose of this fund is to provide to Hospice in Thomas County.

Joyce Lauritsen Gatlin Endowed Scholarship Fund
This scholarship fund recipient must be a Rawlins or Thomas County, Kansas student attending any accredited post secondary school in Kansas. This recipient must be a US citizen, or documented legal resident. Students must have a 3.0 GPA.

The purpose of this fund is to supplement the costs of operations of Leadership Thomas County.

The purpose of this fund is to raise funds for the construction of new playground equipment at Villa High Park.

The purpose of this fund is to provide funding to projects that are organized, led and directed by youth to help them learn how to give back to their community.
This fund is used for expenses that may be acquired for the Fishing Derby.

Lena J. Patterson CNA Nursing Scholarship:
This scholarship fund is for a Certified Nursing Assistant to continue their education to become a registered nurse. This scholarship will be awarded after the completion of their first year while maintaing a 3.0 GPA.

Nicol School District #15 Scholarship Fund
The field of interest supported by this fund shall be to provide charitable entities and programs located in Thomas County. Ex: Pioneer Memorial Library, Prairie Museum of Art & History, Senior Progress Center, Meals on Wheels,. This fund is not to be used to support churches, religious based schools or home schools as a replacement or alternative to public schools.
For this scholarship a student must be a Thomas County high school senior. The student must attend Colby Community College and be enrolled in an Early Childhood Elementary Education curriculum. This scholarship is renewable as long as the student is academically viable.

The field of interest supported by this fund shall be for general public health that supports the protection and promotion of the health and well-being of individuals and their communities through encouragement of healthy life styles, behaviors and environments.
Pool Park Project Fund
This fund is to provide funding to complete the new park area, including playground equipment by the City Aquatic Park.
Preschool Technology Acorn Fund
This purpose of this fund is to assist in providing technology in the preschool environment for educational purposes.
Sacred Heart School Endowed Fund
This fund shall support the charitable purpose of the Sacred Heart School in Colby, Ks.
Sacred Heart School Scholarship Fund
This scholarship recipient must be a graduating senior and a parishioner of Colby Sacred Heart Church. This is an annual one-time scholarship. A letter written to Father Daise explaining how Catholic Faith will be used in the future to guide the parishioner and help other.
Santa's Workshop
This fund is used for expenses that may be acquired for Santa's Workshop.
Seele Foundation Fund
This field of interest supported by this fund shall be for the general public health in Thomas County and Logan County that supports the protection and promotion and protection of the health and well-being of individuals and their communities through encouragement of healthy lifestyles, behaviors and environments.
Sharon Steele Memorial Fund
This purpose of this fund is community betterment.
This is a pass through fund to provide grant money to be used by charitable group interested in making improvements to the Thomas County race track or grandstands area owned by Thomas County or other nonprofit organizations.
Speedway Improvement Fund

The purpose of this fund is to support the charitable purpose of the Thomas County branch of St. Francis Community Services.
Summer Food Program for Kids Fund
The field of interest supported by this fund shall support the charitable purpose of feeding children in Thomas County who are suffering from food insufficency.
TCCF Director's Fund
The purpose of this fund is community betterment.
TCCF Endowed Youth Fund
The purpose of this fund is to support the youth of Thomas County.
Th purpose of this fund is to support the administrative operations of TCCF.
TCCF Operating Endowment Fund
Terry Strutt Memorial Fund
The field of interest supported by this fund shall be unrestricted to improve the quality of life for all citizens of Thomas County.

Thomas County Hansen Match Fund
This fund shall support an annual scholarship for a Thomas County or Logan County high school senior or equivlant who is planning on participating in a least one sponsored extra curricular activity at Colby Community College.
Thomas County Historical Society Fund
This fund shall provide support to the Thomas County Historical Society and the Prairie Museum of Art & History.
Thomas County Scholarship Organization Fund
This fund shall support an annual scholarship for a woman in her junior or senior year of college that graduated or was educated in Thomas County. The scholarship will be given to a woman in the fall and spring of her junior year and if she maintains a 3.0 GPA she will receive the same amount in her senior year.
USD #315 Outstanding Teacher Fund
The purpose of this fund is to honor #315 teacher once a year by providing funds to USD #315 specifically for that teacher's department as recommended by PEO with the help of the senior class and the USD #135 Chapter of the National Honor Society.
The purpose of this fund is to provide educational opportunities for selected children in need of Pre-K skills and abilities.

Victory House Christian Academy Fund
The purpose of this fund is to provide teenage girls with an effective and comprehensive Christian solution to life controlling problems. This is a Christian residential home providing structured family like environment.
Wiedeman Beautification Fund
The purpose of this fund shall be to improve the aesthetics of Thomas County as recommended by the donor advisors of the fund.
The purpose of this fund is to assist Thomas County 4-H members by providing funds to attend State and National 4-H functions and international exchange opportunities.
William "Bill" Draper Memorial 4-H Fund
YOSD Fund
The purpose of this fund is to support conversation in the state of Kansas by periodically awarding the funding for a life time hunting license to a selected youth at the Youth Outdoor Skills Day (YOSD) in Thomas County, Kansas.

Ziegler Family Fund
15th Judicial District Scholarship Fund
This scholarship is for a female resident of Thomas, Sherman, Wallace, Sheridan, Logan or Cheyenne Counties in Kansas attending any accredited post secondary school in Kansas. The purpose of this fund shall be to benefit an individual in the pre-law or criminology in the 15th Judicial area.
The scholarship is for a Thomas County high school senior or equivalent. You must be enrolled in a 2 or 4 year collech, technical school within the state of Kansas. The school must submit verification of enrollment and declare a major. The student must maintain a 3.0 GPA.
